The official value of the shekel rose an average of .287 percent on Monday against most of the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.774, up .027 from Friday, while the Euro declined .479 percent to 4.3019 shekels and the pound sterlin was set at 4.7755 shekels, down .209 percent.
