Following the disqualification of the aptitude tests, the secretary-general of the Teachers' Union, Yaffa Ben-David, demanded that Education Minister Bennett publicly apologize, claiming that officials in his office had insulted managers.
According to her, the officials briefed journalists in a "cowardly and anonymous manner" about the conduct of principals during the aptitude tests, which were disqualified due to the high rate of students who received easier testing conditions.
