IDF begins neutralizing Hezbollah terror tunnels

The IDF began neutralizing the four Hezbollah terror tunnels snaking under the Lebanon border with Israel. Hadashot reports that the operation will not include detonations in order to prevent a response by Hezbollah that can deteriorate into war.
