A new study commisioned by the Ramallah-based Palestinian Research Center found that Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh would defeat PA President Mahmoud Abbas should elections be held. According to Maariv, 64% of respondents said that they wanted Abbas to resign and 65% are unhappy with his performance.
