In a press release, the Chairman of Bituach Leumi accused the Finance ministry of being stingy saying that
"The Finance Ministry has an interest that as little money as possible goes to citizens".
The press release then accused the finance ministry of failing to give them NIS 365 Billion that Bituach Leumi is owed.
