In a hearing held at the Jerusalem District Court, the suspect was arrested for the assault on a bus driver on Thursday night in the city of Modi'in Illit.
The District Court acceded to the police's request after it appealed the decision of the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court yesterday to release the suspect.
