73-year-old man critically injured by electric bicycle in HaKrayot

An electric bike rider hit Rabbi Yoav Yitzhak Kadosh and fled the scene when the police arrived at the scene of the accident. The victim's family addressed the driver: "Go to the police, we want to know what happened."
