Culture and Sports Minister Miri Regev eulogized Rona Ramon who passed away tonight.
"I got to know Rona Ramon when she lit the torch in the 68th year of the State of Israel. She moved all the people at the beacon ceremony. She moved us all in her daily struggle with the loss of her husband Ilan and her son.
"By founding the 'Ramon Foundation' in memory of her loved ones, she instilled in the present and future generation the heritage of excellence that characterized them."
