UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called for a "credible" investigation into the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who was murdered at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul in October.
"It is necessary to conduct a credible investigation and to punish those guilty," the secretary-general said.
