Military prosecutors said on Sunday that they intend to appeal the 35-year prison sentence given to the murderer of Tuvia Yanai Weissman.
The court based the sentence on the terrorist having been a minor at the time. Prosecutors will seek a life sentence, as has been handed down to other minors in similar circumstances.
