The State Attorney's Office will inform Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu that it has decided not to represent him in a lawsuit filed by attorney Shachar Ben-Meir against the Facebook social media site and against the prime minister, according to Maariv.
The lawsuit is based on a post by Netanyahu in which he shared an article in Yisrael Hayom claiming that Iran confirms that it is working in cooperation with the funds of George Soros. Attorney Ben-Meir says the suit is personal and not related to Netanyahu's official position.
