The Department for Investigating Police Officers has submitted an indictment to the Tel Aviv Magistrates Court, charging a 42-year-old superintendent with an indecent act on a female officer while in a police vehicle.
According to the indictment, the incident happened about three weeks ago, at the end of an evening for members of their unit who were taking a command and staff course. Also present in the vehicle were two other officers who were taking the course.
