Abbas blames Israel as cause of the terror attacks

Haaretz reported that PA President Mahmoud Abbas said that Israel is responsible for the attack, accusing Israel of creating a "climate" conducive to violence through its frequent military operations in Arab cities. Abbas also accused Israel of incitement against him.
