Rafi Levengrond, the father of Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel, who was killed in the terrorist attack in Barkan, said this morning after her murderer's elimination that the liquidation would not prevent the next attack.
Interviewed by Israeli public radio, Levengrond said, "I waited for that, but it's a punishment after the fact. The issue is what we do to not make it happen. This is personal revenge, but it does not solve the problem."
