A foreign worker entered a kindergarten in the Yizre'el neighborhood of Afula, after jumping over the fence.
Israeli police officers were called to the scene by the kindergarten staff and arrested the suspect for trespassing.
The background to the incident is still unclear, and the suspect was taken for questioning at the police station.
