Haifa mayor: Arab-Israelis will remain an integral part of Haifa

Haifa Mayor Einat Kalisch-Rotem adressed controversial candidate Raja Za'atra after he said he would not become deputy mayor. "The Arab sector has been without throughout history, and will remain part of the leadership of Haifa," she said. "The personal war against Za'atara is over, I will not let the local Likud representatives, who are angry that they have not received political positions, fight the Arab population."
