Zionist Union MK Leah Fadidah appealed to the High Court in an effort to force Prime Minister Netanyahu to appoint ministers to the multiple ministries he is controlling.
The appeal says that Netanyahu is unable to properly run the country when he is defense minister, health minister, and foreign minister.
