A Palestinian Authority motorist who was shot after he tried to run over Border Guards in the Hevron Hills PA village of Idhna has died of his wounds. One of the Border Guards fired a warning shot in the air before aiming at the vehicle. The incident occurred in connection with efforts against copper theft.
