A preliminary report from the Border Guards spokeswoman says a Palestinian Authority vehicle in the Hevron area village of Idhna tried to escape from forces of the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria.
Meanwhile, during an enforcement operation against illegal buildings in the northern Jordan Valley a car came toward troops who responded by firing. Both incidents are being checked.
