More than 700 members of the Labor Party convention have signed a demand to cancel the four personal protected spots on the Knesset election ballot that Chairman Avi Gabbay received from the party after his election, according to Israeli public television.
The members of the convention want to preserve the democratic character of the party and the right of party members to choose the list that will represent them.
