The police have arrested eight demonstrators for going into a main road to block it during a demonstration by the haredi-religious Peleg Yerushalmi Jerusalem faction in Bnei Brak over the arrest of a yeshiva student who did not report to the Israel Defense Forces.
The police have blocked the Jabotinsky traffic artery from Abu Hatzeira Street to the Geha Junction in both directions. Traffic was already congested due to the protest.
