The attorney general referred to the demolition of terrorists' houses and emphasized that this is a deterrent step, and therefore if it is proven that the terrorist is mentally ill, there is no possibility of demolishing his house.
"Of course, this does not lessen the severity of the acts of the attacker who murdered Adiel Kolman. The attorney general and his representatives will continue to assist the political and military echelon to act decisively and determinedly against terrorism and to provide them with the legal tools necessary to realize their policy within the limits of the law," the Justice Ministry said in a statement.
