Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely referred to the attack at the Ofra junction.
"Praying for the mother and baby who were wounded last night in the Ofra terror attack. A Palestinian Authority that supports terrorism against women and children is not worthy of receiving money which serves to strengthen terror."
