Border Police arrested an Arab who was traveling in the area of Mishor Adumim and hid tens of thousands of shekels in cash in his car which was intended to finance terror.
The man, a resident of Bethlehem, was arrested following an intelligence report and he was transferred to the security forces for questioning.
