The High Court of Justice rejected the petition filed by relatives of the terrorist who carried out the attack in the Barkan industrial zone and approved the demolition order against the house of the terrorist in the village.
It should be noted that the demolition order relates only to the basement level and the ground floor of the building in which the terrorist lived.
