Member of Knesset Osnat Hila Mark (Likud) has proposed enacting temporary legislation that will grant those who have been tested in the past two years at the Bar Association a score that will enable them to receive a passing grade and a license to practice law.
There was a significant increase in the examination's degree of difficulty in December 2017 and June 2018, following a change in the structure of the examination.
