AN IDF team headed by Brigadier General Erez Meisel, Head of the Foreign Relations Division, participated today in a pre-planned tripartite meeting headed by the UNIFIL commander and representatives of the Lebanese army in Naqura.
As a focus of the meeting, the team presented the exposure of Hezbollah's offensive tunnel that was dug from Lebanon to Israel.
The IDF expressed its protest over a serious violation of Israeli sovereignty and of Resolution 1701.
