The Movement for Quality Government today submitted a petition to the High Court of Justice, through attorneys Shaked Ben Ami, Tomer Naor and Dr. Eliad Shraga, against Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked, demanding that she explain why she ignores the law requiring each year to appeal to the public Certificates of Appreciation for Contribution to Integrity.
"By refraining from implementing the law, Shaked undermines the rule of law, scorns the Israeli law book, harms those who expose corruption and their status, and harm the public interest," the movement claimed.
