Russia says it hopes Israel won't violate UN Resolution 1701

Following the IDF operation to locate Hezbollah tunnels on the Israel-Lebanon border, Russia's Foreign Ministry says that "We are building on the fact that Operation 'Northern Shield' will not violate UN Security Council Resolution 1701".
