The Knesset plenum approved today the first draft law for the export of medical cannabis. The bill provides the police with the necessary supervisory powers to open the medical cannabis market for export without jeopardizing public safety.
Minister of Internal Security Gilad Erdan (Likud) and Chairman of the Interior Committee MK Yoav Kish (Likud) agreed to advance the bill.
