Ness Technologies employees, who are responsible for operating and supporting the computer systems at Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital in Jerusalem, held a demonstration on Tuesday morning at the entrance to the hospital.

The workers have been on strike for several weeks against the background of what they call Ness's ongoing and stubborn refusal to improve their employment conditions. They carried protest signs that read, among other things, "Hadassah abandons its employees," "Caution: Outsourcing" and "Today it's us. Tomorrow it's you." The workers recently held a number of demonstrations in front of the home of Ness's Chief Executive Officer.
