Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Haim Katz has instructed his ministry not to recognize a bachelor's degree in social work from Al-Quds University, located in the Jerusalem-area Palestinian Authority village of Abu Dis with several branches, including eastern Jerusalem and Ramallah, according to Yisrael Hayom.
