Opposition leader Tzipi Livni spoke out Monday against reports that Israel would allow Qatar to continue transferring money to Hamas.
Livni said, "We would not have transferred the suitcases of money to Hamas. The transfer of suitcases is an act of panic. The government is doing nothing now to change long-term reality."
