The Supreme Court rejected outright Monday a petition filed against the appointment of Major General Motti Cohen as acting police commissioner.
The court said, "This is a premature petition, since the petitioner did not apply to the respondents with any request before his petition and did not try to exhaust the proceedings before appealing to this court."
