During the hearing of the State Control Committee, headed by MK Shelly Yachimovich (Zionist Union), Attorney General Mandelblit addressed MKs' questions regarding the ruling on suspicions against the prime minister in Case 4000.
"The investigation material for Case 4000 first came to me on Thursday and I have to learn it and make a decision," Mandelblit said, "Your expectation is that within a day we will make a decision?"
"Everyone is working under full pressure and with full force. I will make a decision as quickly as possible."
