Death of man who jumped onto train track near Atlit confirmed

A pedestrian that jumped out onto the train tracks north of the Atlit station was hit by the train and killed on the spot.

Magen David Adom paramedics who were called to the scene reported that the victim suffered extensive systemic damage, and were forced to confirm his death.
