Civil Administration inspectors on Thursday halted construction of an illegal road near the northern Begin Road in the Beit Hanina area.
About a month ago, works were found to open a new route in the area, and a stop-work order was issued there. However, during a routine inspection patrol conducted today, it was found that the work continued and the route was paved. During the operation, two bulldozers were caught and taken to the confiscation yard in Beit El.
