Dr. Daniel Reiser, the coordinator of the Department of Jewish Thought at Herzog College, is the recipient of the Yad Vashem Holocaust Research Prize.
Reiser won the prize for the publication of his book "sermons of anger" published by the "Research Authority" of Herzog College.
The book focuses on the sermons of Rabbi Kalonymus Kalamish Shapira, the Admor of Piaseczno, a descendant of the Maggid of Koznitz and Rabbi Elimelech of Lizhensk.
