The detention of Tesfebarhan Tesfasion, suspected killer of 13-year-old Sylvana Tsegai in Tel Aviv, was extended by a week, today by the Tel Aviv Magistrates Court.
He will be sent for a psychiatric evaluation to determine if he is fit to stand trial.
