Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Rwandan President Paul Kagame have agreed that a direct air route between the two countries will begin soon, according to Yisrael Hayom.
It appears that only the national airline of Rwanda will operate the route to Israel, while El Al or another Israeli company will refrain from doing so, as the line is likely to be unprofitable.
