Minister of Environmental Protection Ze'ev Elkin and Czech counterpart Richard Brabec have signed an environmental cooperation agreement.
Elkin said, "Climate change has led to central Europe and the Czech Republic being faced with a water crisis, a difficult but well-known reality in Israel. Beyond the fact that the State of Israel can contribute much of its experience in all aspects of water management and development of water technologies, there is also great economic potential."
