The Likud Party will accept the version of the Kulanu and Jewish Home factions and remove from a bill on formation of the government the clause obliging the president to place the formation in the hands of a candidate who has received the most recommendations, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
The bill will include only the clause that the formation of the government will be imposed on a party leader and not on another Knesset member.
