The Be'er Sheva District Court filed an indictment against a resident of Gaza who infiltrated Israel two weeks ago and set fire to greenhouses in Netiv Ha'asara.
According to the indictment, in seven different cases from 2012, the accused crossed the border from the Gaza Strip into the territory of the State of Israel, with the aim of being arrested by security forces in order to be held in Israeli jails. In each case, forces returned him to the Gaza Strip. via the Erez Crossing shortly after his arrest.
