Elad: 3-and-a-half year-old girl hit by vehicle, condition moderate

A three-and-a-half year-old girl was hit a short time ago by a car in Elad.

Medics are treating the girl and evacuating her in a moderate-stable condition to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva, as she suffers from a head injury.
