The extreme leftist conference entitled "Evacuating the Settlement from Hevron", which was scheduled to take place in the Knesset on Monday, will be postponed to another date next month.
Knesset Members Ayman Odeh, Michal Rozin and Dov Khenin, the organizers of the event, said, "We will not be silenced or censored by bureaucratic tools and by political excuses which serve political interests. The Knesset is supposed to represent the entire public, with the different positions within it."
"Evacuation of the settlement in Hevron is a vital step towards a diplomatic solution and an end to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. As long as the settlement in Hevron exists, we will not give up on raising the issue in the Knesset."
