The driver of a transport vehicle was rescued on Sunday morning after his vehicle was stuck in an underground passage in Haifa which had been filled with rainwater.
A firefighter swam towards the driver and pulled him to the roof of the vehicle. The driver, who was not injured, was then rescued via boat.
