Colonel Ofer Hindi, head of the Keshet Tzeva'im (Rainbow Colors) administration, told the Knesset subcommittee on Judea and Samaria Thursday that a building permit for the "Qalandiya Shiku'a " project will be granted in the coming weeks.
The project, which has been advanced many months by the Defense Ministry, is expected to serve the residents of the Arab neighborhoods of Jerusalem and ease the burden on the Adam-Hizme road, which will significantly reduce the volume of traffic from the Binyamin region heading into the capital.
