Interior Minister Aryeh Deri earned 2 million shekels as a result of tax evasion, according to a Thursday-morning report by Yediot Ahronot.
The volume of real estate transactions and the transfer of funds on which it was recommended to indict Deri is estimated at NIS 8 million. About a quarter of that, which was supposed to be transferred to the Tax Authority, allegedly remained in Deri's account.
