Zionist Union MK Salah Sa'id alleged that "the Israeli government" looks at hospital patients "as sardines or chickens in a chicken coop and not as human beings" following a Health Ministry report that detailed the overcrowding at hospitals.
"Israel needs a compassionate welfare policy that recognizes the regular citizen and provides him with a good medical service and a social and health safety net."
