Terrorist who committed stabbing in Har Gilo surrenders

The terrorist who was suspected of carrying out the stabbing attack near Mount Gilo on Tuesday afternoon surrendered a short while ago to the Israel Border Police soldiers stationed at the Rachel crossing in the Jerusalem envelope area.
